We have harvested our first batch of pasture-raised piggies.

Half a Pork, approx. 65lbs including:
25lbs sausage variety (Garlic, cheese smokies, breakfast and Russian)
8lbs sliced bacon
3-4 smoked, bone-in hams
Ribs: Side and back
Loin chops (T-bone style)
Boneless rib chops
2 Roasts
Lard.
 
Quarter of a Pork, approx. 30lbs including:
10lbs sausage variety (Garlic, cheese smokies, breakfast and Russian)
3lbs sliced bacon 
1-2 smoked, bone-in hams
1 rack of ribs
Loin chops (T-bone style)
Boneless rib chops
1 Roast
Lard
 
Small Pork Box, approx 8lbs including:
4lbs sausage variety
1 pack of bacon
Boneless chops OR Loin chops
Small roast
